I dont understand the trend with green - I remember few years back, anything with green dial used to sit in the safe for years...now people are going wild at it...smh

Those who call it hideous are echoes of the ones who called the green subs hideous, the green Daytonas hideous, they couldn't wrap their mind around it... but now look at their prices. If this is legit, the same will occur as did before: those who call it ugly will come around when they can't get one and by then will go for even more than the blue dial. We're but the music of the vinyl record playing on the Rolex machine.

That was the pic I had originally posted and the only one I saw. I doubt it will come to fruition. I think it’ll probably be a platinum model. If they were to release the green dial, I’d expect it to be on white gold.

The 116610LV is quite hideous to some.
The best green Rolex have done was on the OP34 (olive)
Can’t stand the tinsel greens

Would not be surprised to see more green this year, it is very much in vogue even outside Rolex, eg the new AP ROC and Omega Seamaster.

If you check past leaked pictures, they never came from the Rolex website; they came from the newly printed catalog. But false leaked (photoshopped) pictures all have Rolex’s website as a background
