Recommendations for additional AR coating

Having owned many watches from many brands, I’ve reached a point of minor frustration with Rolex’s (and Tudor’s) lack of ‘sufficient’ AR coating. I find the watches hard to read, and need to constantly adjust wrist position just to read the time. Happy to sacrifice ‘bling’ for more functionality.

I’d like to get this fixed on a few pieces. Any recommendations on what’s involved from anyone that’s had this work done?

Please note, I do not care about resale value, so please reserve the value posts. My philosophy has been to get my money’s worth, thus, they are worn whenever, wherever.

If I were you, I wouldn't tire my eyes and sell them all. The Omegs have double-sided AR and I would aim for them.

When did Rolex start with its current AR coating?

Love my 124060’s AR coating. Great visibility and that black dial looks fantastic.

Appreciate the thought, but that’s not an option. I enjoy basically everything else about the watches. Agreed, I have a 300m and the difference is incredible.

The new subs seemed to be much better than the previous 1-1 iterations. Still, not quite there.

I’m really looking for a flat, no-shine look.

Not trying to twist your arm, but really has that flat no shine look. Just took this photo, you can see the shine on the bezel, but that flat black dial looks amazing.
