If you can get to Calgary, try J Vair. I was able to put my name on a waitlist with no deposit, they were very friendly about it and actually gave me a call the next day because they just got in the model i requested (DJ 31mm).

I also ordered preowned through chrono24 from Japan (was impatient and thought it would take longer to get one through the AD). The taxes and duty were 10% total to Alberta. Still haven't received it but the pricing was pretty competitive compared to north american vendors.

watchfinder is another site, they are based in toronto.
