FS: 1972 UNPOLISHED ROLEX RED SUBMARINER 1680 MK4 Caramel Patina
Super crisp and sought after Rolex Red Submariner 1680 MK4 with stunning patina from 1972. This RedSub is bringing you the ultimate vintage feeling. It's all about the details: the RED "Submariner" lettering only appears in the first years of production of the 1680, which not only makes it a rare and highly collectible vintage piece, but also gives the watch that extra spice. Combined with the gorgeous caramel patina this example is such an eye candy.
Serial: 33XXXXX (1972) Case: Excellent case which appears to be unpolished. It remains super fat and the original bevels are cleary visible. The case back has been engraved at some point, but it's more or less worn out. Dial: Original MK4 RedSub dial with awesome caramel patina in very good condition. The first version of the feet first dials with open "6" on the depth rating shows some white color stains which are hardly noticeable. The original hands are in good condition and matching quite nicely. The period correct fat font insert faded to a beautiful blueish hue which rounds off that awesome vintage look. Bracelet: Original 93150 bracelet with 580 endlinks remains super tight. Comes with 10 links in total + diver extension, clasp code R5. Movement: Carefully checked by our watchmaker, running at COSC. Accessories: None. Please refer to the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. My Price: 23500€ + shipping. Payment prefered bank wire or cash on collection. Full refund if not orig. Rolex (otherwise sale is final)! I'm located in Germany. My Email: [email protected] | Instagram: voys_time | www.voystimeless.com |
