It would be odd to offer the gold bracelet on the perpetuals, the regular Overseas, and tourbillons, but not the chrono and dual time, even though they sell bracelets that would fit.

Yes they all fit. Design aesthetic is the likely reason.

Rose bracelet is only offered on 7 of 37 in the Overseas collection. Perpetual calendar is the only series where you get to choose your dial with a rose bracelet.
