When its on the intended wrist, its not hard. And even if you take it off on a lefty and you are right handed, you then use your non dominant hand to adjust it? I just cannot comprehend why a right handed person would want this. Guess OP has a lefty son he plans to pass it down to, so I get that... I guess.
