Thanks, everyone! Will relay the congrats to the proud owner. I would absolutely steal it, but even with all the extra links back in I couldn’t get it over my hand.

Some were skeptical that the rainbow dial might become old after a while. It’s both more subtle and more interesting than one might think from static pictures (or the odd wrist roll). From some angles / distances one gets a mirror effect reminiscent of the first Bucci collab:

And of course nothing compares to the AP black ceramic bracelet!

Sure, a great piece that will age well... ceramic will always stay untouched, and color pops will guarantee that it will not become a boring black piece someday :)

My black dial RO takes offense to the thruthiness of your statement!

@OP, congrats for the wife! Quite stunning! So in person it looks like the prismatic properties of a silicon wafer where each square reflects the whole rainbow range?

If I had to guess, I would say it actually is silicon, with the tapisserie pattern etched into the surface.

The 77350CE had been on the wishlist since the night before it was officially announced last year, but travel restrictions made it impossible to pick up earlier - that then allowed the choice between the 50th anniversary model and this one. I'm sure the boutique is aware when to expect deliveries of various models (maybe not week-by-week, but certainly by month) some time in advance, and hence their question about preference was not random. Overall timing was very fortuitous!

Ours was (at least) the 2nd one delivered by this boutique, so they're coming in quickly.
