Costco Prime Filet Mignon is amazing for the price...almost no reason to go to any other butcher at the prices they sell it at. Beware of the rest of the cuts because they are blade tenderized. The A5 at Costco is also great, at a much better price than elsewhere.

Neither here nor there, but never understood the point of paying any extra for the prime grade on fillet.
