From my AD, the oyster was much faster to get than the jubilee.

From what i heard at AD, the BLNR is more difficult to get on Oyster. for BLRO - both bracelet seems to be equally difficult as BLRO is generally used to be really difficult to get at any ADs. I prefer Jubilee just for sake of comfort in wearing.
