Date issue on my black bay chrono

I just bought a new Tudor black bay chrono (Panda) from local AD. But I find out there is a little issue on my watch.

When I adjust the date of my watch on 5-7 am, the hour hand will have a little twitch. But the hour hand is steady when I adjust the date expect 5-7 am.

I sent the watch to official repair centre but their technician said this is normal and it will also appear on other black bay chrono.

I would like to know is this normal and does your watch have same performance?
