I would email Aaron at Combat Straps in Montreal, tell him what you want, you’ll have it in about 3 weeks overnighted to you. For cream dials: I would go a grey/blue nubuck. I have also seen tan crocodile looking great on cream dials. Good luck!

I think medium brown alligator with lots of contrast in the patterns in the scales looks best. Low contrast skins look pretty drab to me with cream dials. Navy also looks good on the 5320G and it picks up the blue in the moonphase disc.

I ordered from Patek a custom strap with the same look as the brown calf strap from 5236 and it worked on my cream dial 5320G. You should be able to find a picture of it here. |

I saw many different blue straps, from shiny croc to matte Nubuck, that seem to really rock with the cream 5320G. It pairs with the moonphase as well.
There was a light blue, with different tones, that was posted on TRF, that looked fantastic as well (more for summer time maybe). Grey, from very light to dark seem to go perfectly as well. Playing with the stiching is nice but I would not make it too contrasted either as I would get fed up rather quickly. As for the 5170G, it seems to me it is silver/white more than cream but I think you can even wider the offer. I would add very light toffe/sand colors as well. |

I always prefer a black strap with a cream or white dial... I think it accentuates it better.

I would go with a taupe colour... I have seen it on A Collected Man and really like the combo.
or perhaps a beige colour?
