Cartier YG Santos discount?

Hi All,

I don’t know if Cartier allows discounts on PM watches, but love the Santos YG. Went into boutique at South Coast Plaza. They have the watch I like; 1 of only 2 in the country.

Wonder if they might entertain a discount, but wanted to do some homework first. Anyone know if discounts are typical on these?





They also had a cool RG skeleton.

Beautiful watch. Not sure on discounts but why not ask. Depending on what they say I would also consider asking a few of the Trusted Sellers to see if they could source one. Let us know what they say.

From my experience Cartier boutiques are a strict no for discounts, though you can ask them to throw in some free gifts. ADs are an easy 10% off at least without even asking.

As others have said, no discounts at Boutiques. I've had a few AD's also say no discount on Cartier.

Go to a Cartier AD if you’re after a discount. Unfortunately the Cartier boutiques aren’t able to discount.

10-20% off is possible depending on the AD. Some are less willing since the Santos line is selling so well compared to 3-4 years ago. I was able to get 20% off.

I would love to find these Cartier AD’s giving 10% to 20% off. Especially without asking. I have a very good buying history and still can’t get any where close to that.

I was able to get a 20% discount on my wife’s santos medium when it first came out.

20% on a full gold would be an awesome discount

The YG Santos is very nice. If there are only 2 in the USA I handled the other one today. Very nice watch. My husband ended up getting the TT version.

Handled that watch yesterday. Very nice if you like YG.
