Last time I was in around late 2019, they supplied an insert for my 16710 and allowed me retain the existing one for around £60 or thereabouts. This was after the tech guy "disappeared" with my watch for around 15 mins before coming back to advise me that he could do the switch, and then disappearing again for around the same time before bringing it back to me. Felt a bit strange at the time....maybe they were just "checking me out"....
