rubber b triple charged me !!!!
Just a heads up for those of you who recently purchased from rubber b...
check your bank statements. i was just charged 3x for 1 order. i contacted rubber b and they said their system accidentally did this to multiple orders and said there is no way their system can make auto refunds.. therefore customers had to contact them for them to manually make these refunds... |

Guys,
I've been buying and complimenting Rubber B company for many years. They have NEVER charged me more than once until last week. I thought I had hit the purchase button several times on accident, or the page loading maybe experienced a glitch, but then before I had time to call them I got some emails showing they refunded the duplicates. Those emails came from the payment processor WorldPay who apologized for their mistake. lf the duplicate charges on your credit card all have the same Transaction Number, that tells you that the merchant (in this case rubberb) is not the ones who did it. Because if a merchant charges your card more than one time, each charge will have a new transaction number. I hope this never happens to my business. |

Sorry to hear OP. Love their product, but the time I had to contact their customer service, it really sucked. I simply won't support companies that aren't customer forward, no matter how great their product maybe.
It's too bad cause I purchased a number of rubber straps a year and now that business is going to either Everest or Vanguard, not Rubber B. |

Just wanted to dogpile on, RubberB are far from a luxury brand. Their customer service, ownership of the experience, QA are all completely for the dogs.
Easily one of the worst brands I've had the misfortune to deal. |
