Price check..........
I was offered TT Submariner X series (early 90s?)for $4,200, condition 7 out of 10.
Woud you consider it a good deal? |

Does it come with box and papers? What does a 7 out of 10 mean? Lots of scratches, nicks, bracelet stretched?

Well, I wouldn't rush to blow it off because it doesn't have papers. If you know it's genuine, then papers don't mean much. You'll get a new certificate when you send it to RSC for service, which I assume it's going to need anyway. But I would shoot for a bit less for that particular model.

They send you a certificate that has the serial number on it and a 1 year warranty. So basically it's not exactly the same as original papers, but the service certificate is good enough. Just make sure it is authentic before buying. Papers don't guarantee authenticity. You can see what you get here with service.
