I don't agree with pulling this auction, and I think it's a bit heavy handed of ebay to pull it.

The watch was the seller's property. The listing is NOT a contract to sell the item exclusively on ebay. How many people have listed watches on B/S/T here AND on TZ? Same thing.

Maybe if ebay paid more attention to stopping replicas and less to milking every last penny from sellers, it would be a safer place to buy a watch.

until they take there business more serious and CRACK DOWN ON
THE FRAUD and require sellers/buyers to prove worthiness and require
buyers/sellers to bond or take an E&O insurance policy..

The seller is allowed to offer the item for sale locally.

eBay does not want sellers to use their site to propose a deal outside eBay. It is obvious why.

This forum is for identifying fakes and frauds. Not worrying about sellers breaking other ebay rules. This appears to be a genuine watch. Time to move on.
