The Timeless Collector dealer from NYC
Any member bad experience dealing with them? I'm curious about your experience. They are interested in buying one of my pieces but said I have to send them the watch first. What??

I'm not familiar with the seller you've mentioned, and can't offer an opinion on them.

Would you expect for them to send you the money first?
For all they know, your watch could look perfectly fine, but doesn't run right; they don't know that until they can get it in hand. Unless you're a known dealer, this is how things work. If you don't see a lot of feedback online for them, it may be better to stick with trading into one of the big boys (Tourneau, DavidSW, OCWatchGuy, etc...). Even still, they're going to require the watch to be sent to them first for inspection. |
