16200 check please!

IMG_3044.jpg IMG_3043.jpg Hello all. Working on a trade for this U serial (1997?) 16200 datejust. Link of pics https://imgur.com/a/a24dflh A few things: Cyclops seems “off” to me. Magnification is not what I expect, hour hand appears corroded. I don’t see many of the non tritium dials in this configuration/year. Any neo vintage experts that can help clear this up? Could be an aftermarket crystal, corroded hands are normal for vintage. If they werent corroded then I would be suspect.
