Had the chance to purchase a watch from Jay / 41mets. From start to finish Jay was EXCELLENT!! Great communication, fast on shipping, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Watch was exactly as described with no surprises. Even got to chat watches for a bit over the phone and quickly learned that we both like what we like and wear what we love regardless.
