Rolex Day-Date Platinum 228236-0011
This is my next grail watch but I’ve never seen one in the flesh nor proper pics of it. It’s the new platinum day date with a fluted bezel and a meteorite dial. I’ve seen the ice blue dial but never the meteorite one. Anyone own it or have clear pictures of it. Would love to see some

Best of luck to you in getting one soon. I think supply is more of an issue than demand with most ADs.

Definitely a supply issue. I am at an AD in London and he only saw 2/3 last year which was surprising in of itself. It’ll just be a waiting game

You’ll have more success landing the platinum with the ice blue dial vs meteorite. Meteorite dials in any flavor (GMT, DD40, etc.) are very limited.
I haven’t seen any incomings of the new platinum fluted with meteorite dial yet here or on popular resell sites/venues. |

If I was set on the meteorite I think I would go WG especially now since it looks the same as Plat. to me the main reason to get Plat is for the Ice Blue.

Platinum Day-Date is rare item timepiece and Platinum Day-Date with meteorite dial must be 10 x harder.

I would go for that but as a Muslim I can only wear steel or platinum. It’s alright though, I love the deep white shimmer of platinum. Patience is key in this case
