While I don't disagree, I do think you have to see the YM in the right light to truly appreciate the contrasting colors. It is the one and only RG Rolex I'm truly drawn to (and the one and only Rolex configuration I think looks better in RG than any other metal).

I agree! It’s a really beautiful shade and the case certainly looks better than any of the gold Subs. The texture of the dial plays well with it too.

It’s that matte dial-bezel-band look that makes it work so well . Then there’s just enough rose gold visible while still maintaining that “blackout” look.

Finally had the chance to try one today and see what you mean. It’s a little weird because the watch doesn’t seem that “big” but those lugs could play in the NBA. Not necessarily bad but a tad out of proportion; think a taper to 19mm log with would have been a bit better. Still loved the watch, though.
