Rolex sticky crown.
Thanks to al information on sticky crown. I have a DayDate and where abouth to adjust time. the crown would not pull al the way out and i was afraid to damage somthing. Check on web and found this tread. It say just pull harder and so i did. The crown had become more sticky for some reason? Onley using the clock randomley.

I haven't been able to figure out a good way. I push my finger against the case, and i think because of it, my GMT grown is slightly bent and needed service after some years. I suppose if you pull it straight out with just the right amount of force, that'd be the way, but it's almost impossible to control how much force is needed imho.
