just as In-&-Out said... Call up Traxx NYC if you really want an 'iced' timepiece. Rolex uses VVS1 stones, where-as most aftermarket use SI-VS stones. There is also the lab or moissanite route to save money... but as others have said, you will loose ALOT of money if/when you decide to sell. I purchased aftermarket bezels using VVS stones about 15 years ago for matching His/Her presidents. Back then it cost me 1/2 an OEM diamond bezel would have cost & I have no plans to sell either.
