I bought the watch from a reputable watch dealer in this group. Everything was working fine on the watch, but just the crown doesn't rotate like other Rolexes I own. The jeweler emphasized the problem before shipping it out to RSC. The RSC mentioned that they take apart the watch and inspect thoroughly, and if they find anything abnormal, they will fix it. However, they didn't reveal any information when the watch comes back. But the watch came back working perfectly, as if it had never happened before.
