When buying a Rolex from the AD I let their Rolex certified in-house watchmaker do it. I know him and trust him and it’s part of what I’m paying for. I have all the tools and the right size screwdrivers and I frequently adjust and change bracelets on all my other watches. Once my Rolexes are correctly sized nothing changes.
