Advice Needed: Day-Date Rose Gold 128345RBR

Hello all,

I am considering purchasing the watch below for my wife:

Rose gold, DD 36mm with MOP dial and diamond bezel. The AD is refusing to budge not even $1 below sticker of $56450.

I have questions on the following:

1. Will the watch retain its value over time? I am worried about the inflated sticker price because of diamonds.
2. What is the appreciation potential for such a timepiece?
3. How quickly would I be able to liquidate it in case I need to?
