As an aside, I had a rather ordinary heirloom Parker ballpoint pen shipped to me via FedEx from Germany. Lost in customs because it wasn't accompanied by a Certification for the Toxic Substance Control Act of US Customs. The pen is back in Germany, the 6 dollar ink cartridge in a ballpoint pen sends the bureaucrats into apoplectic shock.
