I agree they need to work more on the after sales services and AD/Support network. But I thing they are indeed moving in the right direction. And they have recently added Greece

which means I'm more likely to be a repeat customer

My AD told me that GS requested them to not discount watches. This was a year ago. I haven’t been to that AD since that time.

There are discounts to be had in my neck of the woods. This is as recently as in last week. With that said, I'd have no problem paying the full current sticker.
