For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 39mm 18 karat yellow gold Patek Philippe Annual Calendar. The 5146/1J-001 will come with a box and papers. Included in the package are inner and outer Patek Philippe boxes, a manilla envelope from Patek Philippe, a leather folder, an instruction booklet, an original receipt, a manual, a stylus, and a certificate of origin dated 2007. The Patek Philippe has an ivory-color dial with applied gold hour markers, polished gold hands, and recessed date display at six o’clock. The dial also features a power reserve indicator at 12, day of the week display at nine, a month indicator at three, and a moon phase complication at six. The Annual Calendar has a high polished case with correctors for adjusting the calendar on the case sides. The watch is mounted on the original yellow gold high polished bracelet with no stretch and six removable links. As configured, the Patek Philippe will comfortably accommodate a 7.2 inch wrist. The Annual Calendar is powered by the automatic caliber 324 S with a 45 hour power reserve which is on display through the open case back.
