Based on a post I read here, I strolled in to Fink's in Franklin TN today. I had a very nice chat with the SA, Laylin. I told her up front that I had never been in a Fink's store before and had no purchase history, that I was new to Rolex, and that this would be my first. Laylin could not have been nicer. She didn't promise me anything other than putting on the list, but she was in no way condescending. We had a very nice chat and there was not even a hint of pressure to "build a relationship" by making a purchase. I'm sure my wait will be as long as anyone else's, but it was still a pleasant experience. thanks Laylin.
