Bright Blue Dial vs Bluesy Dial

Hello all,

I recently was looking at the Bluesy and was wondering how the dial compares to other blue watches. I have a 126234 with Bright Blue dial. The Bluesy dial is listed as Royal Blue.

Does anyone own both these watches? Are the dials pretty much the same or is their some contrast. If anyone has a pic of them side by side that would be awesome.

New bluesy is very bright blue in sunlight. Much lighter in color. The OP and DJ blue is navy to black in most light.

The DJ and Skydweller is same blue. The Bluesy is a bright richer blue. I prefer the Blue on DJ.

The main difference between bright blue and royal blue is how they handle a direct light.

The bright blue becomes a denim washed out blue, whereas the royal blue turn into a vivid electric blue. I'd say the Bluesy looks better in summer or in any lighting condition for that matter. Even on an overcast day, the Bluesy dial has nuances the YM / OP / DJ don't have. To me personally, the royal blue is... king? .

I want a two tone sub deciding between blue and black I just wanted to get opinions of there is enough difference cause I want some dial variation with my datejust seems like there is some. The Bluesy is just so unique in my opinion cooler than the black in some respects guess I’m just drawn to blue in general.

My favorite color is blue so I’ve tried on most of the Rolex models with a blue dial. Imo, the bluesy blue dial is the nicest of them all. It pops in direct sunlight and when not, it’s more a darker blue. I ended buying one.
