BLRO Jubilee Link Count
Hey guys just picked up a pre-owned BLRO from a dealer today and I noticed that the number of links seemed short. My wrist is 6.75" and the bracelet fit perfectly fully extended to the end of the easy link adjustment sizes. The watch then came with 3 additional link spares for a total of 18 links.
When comparing this to my DJ41 Jubilee, that watch has 21 links. I find it hard to believe the BLRO would be short links and only fit a 7"ish size wrist fully extended but the dealer claims this is everything that comes with the watch new. Can some of you who own the BLRO confirm how many bracelet links total came with your watch? |

18 links. The bracelet is very small. Fits me almost perfectly as is, with the pin all the way to the tightest setting and the extension clasp at the tightest setting. My wrist is small by TRF standards at around 7 inches.

I just got my BLRO from an AD and I only had to remove one link to get a good fit on my 7” wrist with the clasp pin in the middle holes. I’m guessing if you have a wrist over 7.5” you would need more links than Rolex provides to get a good fit with the Easylink closed.

Same here, I wore it unsized. 7” wrist. Probably could have removed 1.

Thanks guys! Jubilee links on the BLRO are definitely a bit thicker than those on the DJ41. Definitely should be 18 total links on this watch.

7.5” and I’m getting an extra link so I can close the Easylink (and open it during summer most likely).

Do you think this watch should come standard with more than 18 links?
I think I removed 1 link, but I thought at the time that from the factory it could have come with a couple of extra links (20 total) would have been nice.

BLRO Jubilee Link Count
Perhaps Rolex is finding ways of reducing COGS. By simply reviewing data where ADs ordered extra links for customers, and then mash-up that with the most common customer requests (remove links), Rolex realized they’d be able to reduce the number of links in new designs.
And do so without angering the vast majority of buyers. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Absolutely. I think Rolex should provide ADs with extras at no cost and if a buyer requires more links at purchase they should provide them for free. It’s a 9k wristwatch!

I find it hard to believe that Rolex only has 18 links from factory on this GMT Jubilee bracelet...
That seems incredibly and manifestly inadequate

Apparently, the BLNR previously came standard with 18 links (Jubilee) but it now comes standard with 22 links.
Anyone got any confirmation on this and the date Rolex changed this policy/issue???
