Mainspring inclusion in service?

Is it general practice to include the mainspring/ barrel in the cost of a disassembly, lubrication? For example, I am getting estimates for the mainspring barrel assembly for a 5513 in the 200-275$ range. Some shops imply that it’s included in the price of a basic overhaul. What tends to be standard? What would RSC policy be? Considering the overhaul is generally 500-700$ and the watch is already disassembled, I would think the mainspring replacement would be of little additional cost.

I doubt an overhaul for a 5513 would be $700 with RSC. Cal. 15** are send back to Switzerland nowadays for service and the cost is about double what a 3*** cal would cost you.

Mainsprings are normally included in service same for crown tubes and seals and as far as I know still plenty of parts if needed for 15 series movements as for price around 900$ plus.

Part of the service to have a new mainspring installed. Not sure about the barrel, however.
