2nd Oyster Band for GMT?
I have two SS GMT's - BLNR and VTNR - and both of them came on a jubilee bracelet. I reached out to my AD and asked about procuring an Oyster bracelet to mix things up a little. The Oyster bracelet is not cheap but I like the idea of swapping out bracelets. As many of you know, the Oyster gives the watch an entirely different look. Anybody else obtained a second band to complement the original band? My fear is that I will buy it and never use it?

I have an Oyster bracelet from my Pepsi I want to part with. Let me know if you’d be interested in a trade.

This is something I also want to do at some point but will definitely not be parting with the jubilee bracelet.
Not in a huge rush considering it’s close to a $3k purchase! With the Bergeon tweezers it should be pretty easy to do it quickly, which I’m hoping lends itself to allowing a good balance to wearing both. |

Not interested in a trade either. The local AD quoted me $1,900 for the Oyster band.

I did the same thing, purchased a BLRO on Jubilee from an AD, then last summer I bought an Oyster bracelet from RSC NY for $1,900. Super simple process, you just have to bring the watch with you, they require that the oyster bracelet is fitted on site, and they let me take the jubilee home with me - as they should since it's my property. Also, note that at the moment Rolex won't let you go from oyster to jubilee, just the other way. So if you sell your jubilee bracelet, you'll probably never get it back.
I almost exclusively wear it on oyster, but would never sell the jubilee. If I have a wedding or a special event maybe I'll put the jubilee back on. |

Any GMT deserves a jubilee

I think it's a great option to have. It gives the GMT a very different look and feel.

Mine came on Oyster. I had it put on Jubilee but have kept the original bracelet so that I can mix it up if I want to. A year has passed and I haven't wanted to, the Jubilee being so comfortable.
I also swapped the GMT Oyster for the bracelet from my 116610LV. It worked visually but it just didn't feel right and I couldn't get a balanced feel despite having a Glidelock to play with. |

I have bracelets for a SS Sky-Dweller. I enjoy the Jubilee as I bought the Sky-Dwellers with the Oyster. I thought I might switch back and forth but to date is is just the Jubilee.

My BLRO came on the jubilee. I purchased the 97200 with a guide lock and had it polished like the original PCL and that is how I wear it all the time. My wife wears it with the jubilee so I swap it back and forth when she wants to wear it.

I wear my BLRO on jubilee but would be interested in purchasing an Oyster bracelet and having the PCL brushed out.

Anyone know how to get a jubilee? I have a BLRO on oyster and have been told by my AD that they can order an oyster but can't order a jubilee.

I find it interesting Rolex limits access to the Jubilee. Do you think they want to keep the Jubilee exclusive, or is there a shortage of Jubilee bracelets?

Same here for my Batman. My AD said it's impossible to buy a Jubilee and I have reached out to several grey market dealers and even they can't get any.

My AD couldn't help me getting a Jubilee for my 126710BLRO but the London RSC ordered me a Jubilee, fitted it and gave me back the Oyster. Disclaimer - this was a UK RSC and it happened 12 months ago. |

I bought my BLRO on jubilee a few years ago. About three months ago I purchased an oyster bracelet so that I can change things up from time to time. I have it on the oyster bracelet until a few days ago. It's not back on the jubilee. I'll probably wear it on the jubilee for a few months and then go back to oyster. I like being able to swap every few months. It's one notch below actually getting a new watch.

I’ve done it with a GMT, SS DJ41, TT DJ41, and TT SkyD. Highly recommend.
