No, I came up with the same numbers. Healthcare is so broad that this is situational. Obviously, you wouldn't want a pip falling out while assisting in a heart valve replacement. I admire the OP's patience to do a soap and water cleaning every day. My watches look terrific and I've never used soap. Of course, I don't work with anything close to 'goo'.

Agreed. The seals alone will protect the watch. The crown screwed down is extra protection. You will be fine.
