No surprises here BUT...
The only AD I know told me they need 40(?) pieces to start and that would take until October. Could there be any leverage for the watch seller in this time squeeze? |

It’s shocking to me that others can be shocked that an AD may offer less than a private party or grey and then sell that same watch for more than a private party or grey. As said above there are fixed costs associated with CPO service and verification and warranty as well as the added value of purchasing the watch through the Rolex distribution channel. And also as mentioned above the buying and selling of pre-owned watches through a Rolex AD is safe and painless. This is where the true value lies.

I agree 100%, after reading many of the horror stories on private sell transactions, sometimes piece of mind is worth the loss in getting top dollar... |
