Real or Fake?

Hi everyone, just bought this watch on eBay from Gallery Rare Ltd. In Japan

I know I should have asked before buying but the currency keeps moving upwards and can dispute with my credit card if fake.

Thoughts? I researched online and the dealer seems to be reputable/ trustworthy but wanted to double check in here as well.

WHY WHY WHY do people post this stuff AFTER they BUY? If you're that insecure about your purchase - you've already made a mistake- take it to a dealer. Better yet- don't make questionable buying decisions without checking the watch out with an authority. Oh yeah- EBAY? who even knows if that's the watch you're gonna get. wow

If it’s the watch in the pictures, it looks legitimate to me, but I note that the warranty card is faced down in the pictures, and the pictures are far away, so the details aren’t so hot

I do echo Pryor comments. Why buy and then come here for confirmation?

Thanks! I did check eBay reviews, chrono24 & Google/ Reddit of the dealer. They seem to be legit but obviously I’m getting second thoughts as it’s not a small purchase. I’ll be taking it into the RSC to check it but in the meantime will post photos of the watch when receive it.

Pictures would be of a genuine Rolex - but the seller who is selling fakes never ships a genuine one.

So I agree - go to the RSC.

I'm sorry - not trying to be a dick- but seriously- these are EXPENSIVE mistakes if you buy a fake. I hope all goes well- but there are NO deals out there on REAL Rolex watches. If you're buying a watch for $ 1K or more under market- RUN AWAY.

The dealer has over 2,000+ reviews on eBay and on chrono24. Can we not trust reviews anymore online?
