26240ST ROC - no wear & tear when running chrono?
Hey all, was watching the below video on watchbox and one of Tim’s comments piqued my interest.
https://youtu.be/AT6oBWkS87c?si=lrGTvhqre6alqVk_ At 6:38 he says if you run the chronograph function in perpetuity, there is no additional wear and tear on the movement given the vertical clutch. Curious if that is actually true (don’t know much about the mechanics here)? I’m also wondering if doing so would require more regular servicing or more intensive servicing
