AP ROC 26240 movement 4041 subdial not engaged straightly

Hi, I'm new to AP watch. I just got the new AP ROC 26240 in 2024 February , but the subdial( minutes) not engaged straightly. A bit run out of position. Is it the spring issue? Shall i send back to boutique for the adjustment? Thanks for advices.

This is a known issue unfortunately on the new chronograph movement. Same thing happened on my 26240OR, sent it in for service and is now fix. Service time was 5 weeks.

As other poster stated, known issue - mine had the same. Hand it back to the boutique.

Frankly shocking that AP still sells watches where this hasn't been addressed since none of the SAs will actually be surprised once they see yet another one of these.

Getting annoyed that this is still acceptable

Hi bro, when did you purchase your RO? I just sent in for servicing ...been told that at least one month to 2 months to collect the watch...feel disappointed and sad the brand new watch was just with me for about 2 weeks then need to sent back for complete maintenance service..hopefully can fix it completely. I believe ROO with the 4401 movement may hv same issues...

I'm wondering that is that final QC check or not for all new watches in each country (service centers) before handing over to boutiques for selling to customers?

I thought they finally fixed this on newer production watches?

Perfectly aligned on my Mar 2024 26240. You should definitely bring back to AP who will make it right for you.

Yes, it's the spring issue. According to APSC, the spring's tension is not strong enough. Send it in and they'll replace the spring.

Still occured on the my purchased 26240 at February 2024 🥲🥲...spechless...I nvm experienced this issue for my other chrono watches brand i.e hublot, rolex and Breitling. Obviously this happened due QC issues.

Beside sending to APSC, I'm thinking to file a complaint / feedback to thier Switzerland HQ on QC issue...it is a brand new watch. Really can't accept such a QC issue on the top end watch.
