AP Jumbo on rubber

Has anyone fitted a rubber strap on a jumbo 15202/16202 ?

I have seen it, not exactly a great look imho. For some reason it works on the other RO models, but with the 15202 it just seems off.

You can definitely google image search to see how it looks, maybe you have different tastes than I do. You can always also look into a leather strap.

Aesthetically, IMO the RO bracelet is the centerpiece of the watch. It just looks naked on a strap, and loses a lot of wrist presence.

I occasionally wear my 15202 on an after-market white or grey rubber strap. I think it's an attractive look (particularly on the grey strap). My only gripe is the steel connectors are thicker than the watch head so it doesn't sit flush. It's good enough though and it's nice to wear the rubber straps when I know I'm going to be knocking around the watch. But yes, the OEM steel bracelet is always the best look, but it's good to mix things up from time to time.

Rubber looks ok on 41, but 39 must be on a bracelet imo

thanks, that was the idea... wearing it more without worrying too much about desk scratches... i don't mind using my watches, just don't want to abuse of them

Rubber B works with less flair out due to integrated links.
