Need a little help going from 7835 to 78350

Here’s the deal, lots of threads floating around, but I haven’t found an answer that makes me confident.

Current bracelet is a 7835 w/361 end links, but it’s massively stretched and I’d like to go with a 78350, but I’m not sure which endlinks would be compatible with my case and the 78350. It’s a Tudor Prince Oysterdate (34mm). I can confirm that 357/557’s are too deep and don’t allow a spring bar to line up with the lug holes.

Tbh, if beefing-up an oldie 34mm with a 78350, I've found 357 and 557 fit pretty much anything (6426/6694/manual 34mm Rolex say, and all Manual 34mm Tudors and auto 34mm Tudors 1940/50/60/70s) with a bit of remodeling around a thin nosed pliers to widen them or close them which moves the hole line up as you do it.

Wider you make them then the hole line up is inwards toward watch and thinner you make them brings the hole line up away, but of course flattens the end links a tad so not always 100% filling the aperture (i.e. tiny gap at top of end link).

Tudor Oysterdate 34 came in both 19 and 20mm lug widths of course and you obviously have the 19mm.

Thanks, TuRo. I had a pair of 557s that I laid next to my 361's and they were about 1mm deeper. Same width, and manipulated into the same height, but just a touch different. Now, perhaps these were some cheap aftermarkets...I don't know, I found them in a bag of parts from a long time ago.

I have a 783560 en route with 557's (which seem genuine) and will give these a shot.

I need to bookmark this one... I picked up a 34mm Oysterdate (90520) without a bracelet so I have a spare Tudor 2784, in case one of the 'Flakes ever crapped itself, but in the meantime... I will pass it to Mrs9 (and hope she doesn't fall in love). I have 361b bookmarked for a 78350 as I'd like to go with a solid link, so this is good info on the other end links.

Will report back when I have the 78350/557 and let you know how fitment goes. I REALLY like the 7835 on this watch so it'll be interesting to see how a heavier solid link feels.
