Rolex 16613 bluesy dial, is it Refinished or genuine
i was offered a 16613 blue dial (tritium) but i do not know if it is refinished or genuine. any help?

Have you got a photo not seeming to be taken by the Hubble Telescope - as sadly, I can't make out much at all from that photo tbh....

While it would be nice if the OP's photo was larger, under magnification, it appears genuine when compared to other dials from that era.
