Help identifying a vintage bracelet.

G’Day Everybody,

I have come into possession of what I believe to be a vintage Rolex stainless bracelet and I was hoping someone might be able to offer some insights as to its origins, original mode association etc.

My grandfather had it fitted to an Omega Triple Date which I have since restored and put on a leather band.

Per the photos, this bracelet is five links wide and was fitted to a watch with approximately 18mm lugs. The links are a folded type link. The clasp features an emblem that sits proud of the end of the clasp. Inside of the bracelet is stamped:

Steelinox “Rolex Motive” Swiss Made 4(?) 53

Can anyone help?

It might be a vintage GF manufactured bracelet. You need to place some clear, close-up photos of both sides of the clasp blades .

See if you can get your camera to focus on the bracelet instead of the background details by tapping your finger on the place you want to focus. Otherwise, we will not be able to see the engraving details.

I’m hoping these photos may allow those who might be in the know to see the bracelet in greater detail. They are still not the best quality as I use an iPhone still in the single digits. No 15 Pro for me.

You need photos that are closer to the bracelet showing more detail not one’s showing it from further away

What do the straight ends measure ?

Approx 15-16mm across the last set of links prior to the final link through which the bracelet would connect to the watch.

Interesting to see non-tapered sections and as you mention the last link about 16mm. you would normally see these tapered to larger links to about 18-19mm - to be able to fit 19mm or 20mm ends. The last part is a T-connector for the end links. See my pictures below for an illustration of the T-link.
