Purchased a 16710 from @sohais

Great experience! Prompt, straight shooter and excellent customer service! Had a question on the clasp, and he promptly called me to ensure we were aligned! Great before and after the sale service.

Later on while sizing the watch, I had another question about a spring bar. He literally said, "Let me order it and ship it to you." That is kickass customer service!

I wish buying in general was this straightforward.

Seems like a person you can just kick back and shoot the breeze with.
