Can anyone help me ID this dial? MATTE 16750

I recently got my hands on a grail, an '82 16750 (Birthyear) and it's got an old service dial cracked up all over and so I'd like to take advantage of refurbing the watch before I enjoy it for years to come. I came across this dial and while it looks good to me, I was hoping to ask for help here.

Seller stated it was a MK3 dial but I have not found reference to a MK3 for the 16750, just the 1675. Any red flags any of you can see?

Ok, a MK2 makes a lot of sense, I’m just stunned to see one in what appears to be outstanding quality. Am I right?

The Mark II is the 1st generation of the GMT 16750 matte dials. The Mark I came later.

As you might have guessed, they are numbered out of order regarding which came first. I don't know why but that is just the way it is.

By the way, when I looked at the two photos, why does some of the lume on the markers appear different in each photo?

Check the lume in your second photo. It doesn't appear the same as the lume in the first photo.

I assume it’s the angle. I completed the purchase and will post a bunch once it arrives.

What’s an MK2 dial in this condition worth?

Value would only be a guess until there are some clearer photos posted. One in outstanding condition could bring a few thousand dollars.

Also, as Swish mentioned, UV pics would help in an evaluation.
