Owned both, prefer the 5 digit 40mm size.

Especially with lugholes.

I own both and really have no preference as I feel they are totally different watches in style, wear and wrist presence.

I have the 216570, it is slightly larger than the 5 digit and the bracelet is slightly more solid feeling and less loose / light. The GMT hand is more noticeable and the hour markers are larger. I went with a 6 digit because of all of the changes on the dial and hands.

6th digit feels like wearing handcuffs ( i only have experience with recreational handcuffs and not law enforcement ones…if you know what I mean)

5 digit.

The 16570 is the only watch I’ve bought twice.

Another option on the 16570 is this. Very comfy on a hot, sweaty day!
