Perhaps they do get given a choice, but it's a fairly narrow one, like in their meeting they get a choice of say, 5-6 watches, curated by Rolex for what they want the person to wear.

Interesting that we don't tend to see many female Rolex testimonees wearing bigger, sports oriented models, perhaps with the exception of Ana Ivanovic who wears a Daytona
