Perhaps. Not so important for auto movement imho.

I was speaking to the wear and tear of the zenith movement.

The Rolex movement operates slightly different and doesn’t result in certain components wearing as much when the chrono is running. Someone else may be able to give you more technical info.

As a longtime multiple 16520 owner ...

Make sure it's properly serviced and no is babying needed. It's very durable. Wear it carefree, except for the usual OCD concern about nicks and scratches from doorframes and desks. (Pushers are perhaps a little harder to engage than a modern Daytona).

At a minimum I'd get it pressure tested. I see you are in Seattle so Nesbit's on 4th could help you. They would do it while you wait for a small fee.

Yes Nesbit is close by! There is also a small chip on the crystal. Would ya'll replace immediately?

Also, there are tiny spots on the gloss dial that can be seen under direct light. You have to really look at it. Anyone else?

Not matte originally. It's turned this way over time. It actually still has some a little sheen to the dial but it's definitely patina'd.

Beautiful watch, congrats.
The Rolex Cal 4030 is pretty bullet proof like most Rolex movements.
it was dramatically modified compared to the El Primero movement, which ran at 36600 VPH compared to the de-tuned Rolex at 28800 VPH.
This reduces the wear on components, as has been mentioned already.
The El-Primero movement dates to 1969 & Rolex only adopted it in 1988, so it had had almost 20 years of development before Rolex added their touch.
It will be serviced by Rolex SC's for a good few years yet (At Cost), so wear in good health, smile when you look at it & don't worry.
As for the Crystal, Rolex would change it in in flash, but again, unless it is cracked right through & would not take a pressure test, take it as character.
