In fairness, it was a pretty special pre-owned piece. Market value was around $90k+ when I sent it out for service. Unfortunately for me, it dropped to about $60k by the time I got it back.
Craziest part for me was that it confirmed the Daytonas are readily available to the right customers, like many have said. I just happened to get very lucky that I had something they wanted.

Thanks. It really is a great watch, but feels very top heavy now after wearing the other pieces for the last few years. Still a nice watch and pretty comfortable, though.
