For sure, this gentleman Mr. JC Biver (the actual CEO) seems to be an enthusiast and pasionate...He does take care personally of a lot of customers' inquiries and requests...a trully oustanding service that I NEVER saw something like that on any brand. it really pushes eventual interested ones into the brand with confidence.
